An accomplished leader in marketing, sales, and management, Nancy Devine has over 25 years of experience and launched DevineOne in 2009 to provide organizations with strategic marketing solutions.

Nancy's past history includes executive leadership positions with a variety of complex properties including most recently Destination Hotels and Resorts' locations in the Northwest (Sunriver Resort, Skamania Lodge, Resort at Squaw Creek, Suncadia Resort) serving as Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  During her tenure in this position she had oversight responsibility for sales & marketing and revenue management departments. During her tenure the resort received numerous national awards including Golf Magazine Gold Medal, AAA Four Diamond, and Top 50 Ski Resorts in North America to name a few.  She was instrumental in working with the local community to raise funds to create a travel bank in order to secure new flight service from gateway cities.

Nancy's creative marketing campaigns have been highlighted in college text books for their innovation and she has been invited to speak at a number of national conferences.  Prior to 1996 Nancy led sales and marketing teams in Arizona and California.  She has experience with destination resorts; and full-service hotels at airport, suburban, and resort locations.  In 1989 she was awarded the Sales Executive Of The Year by Pointe Resorts in Phoenix, Arizona.  Her experience and success with multiple properties and owners in very competitive markets prepared her to withstand the economic highs and lows of the industry.
